Job description

Fairmont Golden Prague is not just a hotel - it is a gastronomic destination of the city. The hotel operates six restaurants and bars, which aim to become a natural part of Prague’s life and attract both hotel guests and local clientele.

We are looking for a key person who will:

  • take full responsibility for the marketing and branding of all F&B outlets, ensure their long-term occupancy  and increase profitability
  • build a strong hotel F&B brand
  • actively manage their market positioning

This role is a business-driving role with a direct impact on restaurant revenue, and has the mandate to influence decision-making (product, pricing, promotions, events, positioning).

THE SCOPE OF YOUR INFLUENCE

Strategy & positioning

Creation and management of the marketing strategy for all F&B outlets, defining the role of each concept:

  • fine-dining (Zlatá Praha)
  • bar & restaurant (Golden Eye)
  • casual dining (Greenhouse)
  • breakfast & brunch (Kafka Brasserie)
  • wellness gastronomy (Tilia Garden)
  • lobby bar (Coocoo’s Nest)
  • working with target groups

Occupancy & revenue

  • responsibility for promotional activities and outlets traffic
  • collaboration on pricing strategy, conversions, seasonal campaigns (e.g. Christmas, brunches, events)
  • Campaigns & communication
  • 360 campaign creation and execution
  • online & offline marketing including social media, PR, influencers, events, brand collaborations, collateral, outdoor advertising
  • Content and storytelling
  • building a strong hotel F&B brand

Cooperation with F&B

  • daily cooperation with the F&B management and teams influencing the offer concept, menu storytelling, guest experience
  • Vendor management
  • management of agencies and freelancers

Data & optimization

  • monitoring traffic, campaigns, paid online activities, ROI
  • working with data and translating it into decision-making

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A marketer who:

  • understands the art of selling an experience—its emotion, its atmosphere, its story.
  • is experienced in marketing with a focus on gastronomy (F&B), ideally from a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or lifestyle agency.
  • has a strong visual sensibility, hands‑on experience managing campaigns, and the ability to independently create engaging content.
  • shows excellent command of Czech and fluent, professional‑level English
  • is able to evaluate campaign performance, monitor trends in gastronomy, and collaborate on achieving commercial goals.
  • is flexible
  • has access to the Czech labor market
