We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Technical Writer

Preferred experience

· 5 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation or online publishing (e.g. writing technical customer facing materials or online content).

· Technical Writing Process, Content Strategy.

· Experience writing and publishing public-facing content, such as blog posts or help center articles.

· Experience with Information Architecture and Knowledge Management.

· Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

· Team oriented, with the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.

· Understanding of technical concepts involved in cloud computing.

· Experience researching, planning, writing, and editing technical content.

· Ability to thrive in an environment where self-learning and self-service is encouraged and instilled.

· Excellent level of English, both written and oral.
