• Maintain Highest Standard of customer experience (TAT), Governance and compliance
• Adapt and promote Digital solutions. Find out ways to automate routine activities.

Secondary Responsibilities

'1. Mentor other credit managers and guide towards overall organisation goal and objectives.

Post Graduate Degree - Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional qualification
