**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that enhance HR operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and technology enhancements.
- Oversee system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless HR technology performance.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR technology systems.
- Stay current with emerging HR technology trends and recommend adoption of new tools to improve HR effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing HR technology systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, or payroll platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
