**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager - HR Technology to lead and oversee the implementation and management of HR technology solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, technology strategy, and project management, with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in HR processes through technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that enhance HR operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and technology enhancements.
  • Oversee system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless HR technology performance.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR technology systems.
  • Stay current with emerging HR technology trends and recommend adoption of new tools to improve HR effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to HR technology projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing HR technology systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, or payroll platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
