We're seeking a Engagement Lead (Inside IR35 6 months' Contract) in London in Retail & Consumer Products to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

You will be working with one of our key customers in the Retail space. You will primarily work as the Engagement Lead and you will be able to draw on your functional and domain retail expertise on technology, payments and digital workstreams.

YOU WILL

•

Demonstrate proven experience as an Engagement Lead or SME in the retail space.

•

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business capabilities and associated technologies for in store which may include: Payments, EPOS, Online, Omnichannel, loyalty schemes, personalisation and CRM.

•

Have knowledge of the technology vendor landscape in some or all of the above areas.

•

Have strong senior stakeholder engagement and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

•

Demonstrate strong inter-personal and communication skills.

•

Have a natural ability to collaborate with the technology and architecture teams working towards a target state and roadmap.
