We're seeking a Digital Marketing Lead in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

Our Digital Marketing Lead will drive our brand presence across digital channels and support our marketing and sales efforts. In this versatile role, you'll manage our social media presence, run our employee advocacy program, execute email marketing campaigns, and support lead management initiatives.

You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL

Social Media Management

Develop and curate engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram

Manage the end-to-end social media process, including content planning, scheduling, and reporting

Track performance metrics and optimize for increased engagement and conversion

Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all social media assets

Employee Advocacy

Manage shareable content within our advocacy platform ensuring brand compliance and relevance

Curate third-party content aligned to our brand positioning

Drive adoption through gamification initiatives and communications

Host training sessions and provide platform support for users

Email Marketing

Create and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions

Develop email templates and content aligned with our brand guidelines

Segment audiences to deliver targeted messaging

Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

Maintain contact lists and ensure compliance with email regulations

Lead Management Support

Update lead records in our CRM system

Assist with lead routing to appropriate sales teams

Monitor and report on lead engagement metrics

Support lead nurturing programs with digital content

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE

Experience: 3-4+ years' experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in social media management and email marketing. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Digital versatility: Comfortable working across multiple digital channels and adapting quickly to new platforms and tools. You enjoy wearing different hats and solving diverse marketing challenges.

Exceptional communication skills: Strong writing abilities for creating engaging content across various digital channels. Ability to adapt brand voice for different platforms and audiences.

Basic data skills: Comfortable working with marketing metrics and drawing insights to improve performance. Experience with digital analytics tools is beneficial.

Attention to detail: Meticulous in reviewing content and maintaining accurate records in our marketing systems.

Accountability and organization: Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work.

A bachelor's degree: Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. This must be from an accredited college or university.

Productivity – completes all work within the expected timeframe.

Accuracy of Work – completes all work in an accurate manner with few, if any, mistakes (especially with data).

Business Acumen – demonstrates capacity to operate role in line with the business needs, requirements, and changes.

Relationship Management – forms and maximizes relationships with business partners through effective and timely communication, responsiveness, knowledge share, and a solution-oriented approach.

Communication – provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.

Cultural Awareness – demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
