Product Manager (Oncology)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Based in Makati City office

Lead with your strong marketing and portfolio management skills to promote growth of our Oncology business

Work with a highly engaged team of Sales, Marketing and Technical professionals

What You Will Do

As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans in line with product or portfolio strategy in order to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

You will become a member of the Sales and Marketing department and will have an opportunity to manage a priority portfolio or single brand with multiple indications.

Responsibilities include, however not limited to

Achievement of market share and sales targets within promotional budgets

Development, implementation & delivery of Brand strategies and tactical implementation

Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and making recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary

Management of product resources

Maintain contact with distributors and key account customers on promotion efforts together with the Oncology Key Account Managers & Hospital Specialty Account Managers

Ensure that all of marketing programs will be in compliance with internal policy and aligned to short/long term strategies across products

Development of promotional/ awareness campaigns for both private and public market and oversight on implementation and evaluation

Competitor intelligence monitoring and analysis

Preparation of sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations and inventory control. Periodic demand and financial forecasting following local and regional timelines.

Sizing and prioritization of opportunities from current/ future growth areas, targeting both traditional and non-traditional customers/ accounts

Identification of Brand & therapeutic experts for the organization

Acting as Brand expert & being available to customer facing & customer supporting roles.

Delivery of a unique customer experience & development of Brand loyalty including the review of identified customer needs with regard to the Brand, & the recommendation of services that may help meet identified needs

Optimal use of omnichannel in communicating with customers/accounts

Cross functional communications with Oncology Teams and other internal local/regional/global key stakeholders such as Medical, Regulatory, Logistics, Finance, Market Access etc., as well as distribution partners, key account customers, scientific / opinion leaders & supply agencies

Ensure all business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medical or Science, Masters is highly desirable

Possess solid (3+ years) relevant experience in Product Management, ideally with launch experience

Experience in Oncology, Vaccines, or strong Specialty business (eg. Biologics) in the pharmaceutical industry

Demonstrated strong Product and Marketing Knowledge with commercial success

Ability to build positive team partnering relationships with cross-functional teams to collaborate to execute project plans effectively

Good written, verbal and negotiation communication skills in English

Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications

Able to drive results with a focus on Strategy, the Customer without compromising on Ethics & Integrity
