We are looking for an experienced, driven Marketing Manager to lead our team, focusing on B2B growth and lead generation. This role requires strong project management, expertise in ABM and digital marketing, with a focus on business outcomes and building a qualified SQL pipeline. The Marketing Manager will serve as a pivotal leadership role within the organization, responsible for translating high-level strategic goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and specific B2B outreach tactics to drive growth and lead generation.
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for

Growth & Lead Generation: Plan and execute B2B growth marketing strategies, including ABM, focused on lead generation, building a qualified SQL pipeline and optimizing conversions.

Marketing Team Leadership & Management: Coach, manage performance (KPIs, improvement plans), oversee budget/resources, and maintain the marketing backlog.

Content, Promotion, and Strategy: Develop and scale performance marketing initiatives (SEO, content, paid channels), translate technology trends into a marketing roadmap, ensure consistent messaging, and coordinate brand visibility activities, including managing international event promotions.

Website Oversight: Manage the company website in collaboration with a development agency, ensuring content is current, SEO optimized, and using analytics to improve traffic and conversion rates.

Data Management & Analysis: Prepare reports for management and the supervisory board. Analyze website and lead generation results to extract conclusions, and plan subsequent actions.

Cross-Team Execution & Backlog Management: Co-creating and maintaining a joint backlog with the Sales and Technical R&D teams. Responsible for weekly execution monitoring, ensuring the timely delivery of tasks, and continuously adding new initiatives into the pipeline to drive business growth.
