Requirements
•
10+ years of experience in Data Science
•
Experience leading DS teams in business-critical environments
•
Strong exposure to pricing, forecasting, optimization, and causal inference problems
•
Expertise in MMM (Market Mix Modelling), price elasticity, and demand forecasting
•
Experience building scalable modelling systems across large datasets
•
Strong understanding of experimentation, validation, and interpretability
•
Ability to work across strategy and execution
•
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•
Experience partnering with product and engineering teams
Responsibilities
•
Define and lead the end-to-end data science roadmap
•
Build intelligence systems across pricing, promotions, demand forecasting, and growth
•
Architect scalable modelling frameworks across SKU × city × platform datasets
•
Build and mentor a high-performing Data Science team
•
Set standards for modelling rigor, experimentation, and validation
•
Partner with engineering to productionize models into decision systems
•
Drive measurable business impact through data science initiatives
•
Ensure DS outputs influence pricing, inventory, and spend allocation decisions
