As our HR Intern, you will work closely with the Head of HR and play an active role in shaping the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This is not a "sit and observe" internship - you will contribute directly to onboarding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and HR process improvement from day one.

The Role

As an HR Intern, you will support the day-to-day activities while helping create an engaging and positive employee experience. You will gain exposure to the full 360° HR cycle and learn how HR operates within a fast-growing scale-up environment. You enjoy bringing structure to moving pieces, spotting opportunities for improvement, and creating positive experiences for employees while handling information with professionalism and discretion.
