Mission of this role
At Rentman, support isn’t about closing tickets but it’s about unblocking customers and helping them succeed with our product. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and making things better and not just for one customer, but for all of them. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our users and our product. You’ll help Dutch- and English-speaking customers navigate complexity, solve real operational challenges, and turn their feedback into meaningful product improvements.
What you’ll do

Support Rentman customers move forward when they’re stuck via chat, email and phone
•
Own problems end-to-end: from first message to final resolution
•
Become a product expert and guide customers to smarter ways of working
•
Spot patterns in customer issues and feed insights back into Product
•
Keep our systems (Zendesk, Aircall) clean and actionable
•
Contribute to a supportive, knowledge-sharing team culture
