💻 Your Impact
As Application Delivery & AI Specialist, you are the owner of a diverse application portfolio that ranges from our customer-facing eLearning platform and marketing automation tools to internal SaaS applications supporting HR, IT, and operations.
You ensure that these applications are reliably delivered, well-integrated, and actively adopted. On top of that, you are ViCentra's go-to person for AI tooling — most notably Claude — guiding colleagues in getting the most out of AI in their day-to-day work, and acting as a bridge between the tool and the people using it.
You work closely with business stakeholders, end users, key-user communities, and external vendors. You bring structure, a service mindset, and a genuine interest in both technology and the people it supports.
🔧 What You'll Take On
Application Management & Delivery
•
Own the lifecycle of ViCentra's application portfolio: onboarding new tools, managing vendors, and ensuring applications remain fit for purpose.
•
Manage and operate customer-facing applications including ViCentra's eLearning platform and marketing automation tooling, ensuring reliability, performance, and a smooth user experience.
•
Manage a set of internal SaaS applications (HR, IT ticketing, time writing, and similar) — handling configuration, access management, and operational continuity.
•
Act as the primary point of contact for application-related questions, incidents, and improvements — coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive resolution.
•
Contribute to application roadmaps and improvements together with business owners, translating operational learnings into actionable input.
Integrations & Technical Delivery
•
Build and maintain integrations between applications — ensuring data flows reliably across the landscape and that connected systems work as intended.
•
Translate business requirements into technical designs and configurations. You bridge the gap between what the business needs and what the tooling can do.
•
Collaborate with IT colleagues, Quality, and external partners to deliver changes in a structured and compliant way.
•
Maintain up-to-date documentation of application configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
AI Tooling & Adoption
•
Manage ViCentra's AI tool portfolio — with Claude as the primary platform — including vendor relationship, access management, and staying current on new capabilities.
•
Support colleagues and teams in adopting AI tools effectively: from onboarding and guidance to facilitating key-user communities and sharing best practices.
•
Act as an internal resource for AI-related questions — helping people understand what the tools can do, where the boundaries are, and how to use them responsibly.
•
Execute ViCentra's AI adoption policies, ensuring usage is in line with compliance, data protection, and quality requirements.
•
Identify and surface opportunities where AI tooling can reduce manual effort or improve quality — feeding these into the broader IT and business improvement agenda.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Key-User Communities
•
Facilitate and coordinate key-user communities for the applications in your portfolio — enabling power users to support their colleagues and feeding structured feedback back into the tools.
•
Work closely with business stakeholders across Customer Care, Marketing, HR, and Operations to understand their needs and translate these into improvements.
•
Participate in IT projects and initiatives within your domain, contributing to structured delivery and clear communication towards stakeholders.
