About us
Looking for a place where your ideas are heard, your strategy shapes real products, and your work directly drives revenue?
Rentman is a B2B SaaS scale-up building software used daily by event and production teams to plan equipment, crews, and logistics — from small shoots to large-scale festivals in 70+ countries. Our product sits at the core of our customers’ operations, where mistakes are costly and reliability matters.
We’re growing fast in Europe and expanding into the US and UK. At the same time, we’re shifting from growth through acquisition to growth through product — increasing ARPA, launching new monetisable components, and building a stronger product portfolio.
To make that happen, we’re looking for a Head of Product.
Mission of this role
As Head of Product, you own Rentman’s product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap — and make sure product decisions translate into real business impact.
You step into a product organisation without a single product leader today. Roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and monetisation are not yet consistently defined. Your job is to bring clarity, structure, and accountability — without slowing down delivery.
You lead a team of Product Managers and the UX team, and work closely with the Head of Development to build a product organisation that delivers both short-term results and long-term strategy.
What you’ll do
Own product vision and strategy
•
Define and sharpen Rentman’s product vision across domains like equipment planning, crew management, and project workflows
•
Own a rolling 12-month outcome-based roadmap, aligned with company goals
•
Make sure prioritisation is driven by real customer insight, especially from US/UK markets
Drive commercial impact
•
Own ARPA growth through pricing, packaging, and product decisions
•
Launch at least 2 new monetisable components per year, each with clear MRR targets
•
Balance investment between core product improvements and new revenue streams
Lead and scale the product organisation
•
Lead 8 Product Managers and the UX team (via a UX Lead)
•
Build a high-performing team with clear expectations, strong feedback, and development plans
•
Hire and structure the team as we scale
Align Product and Engineering
•
Establish a clear operating rhythm with the Head of Development
•
Drive quarterly planning, prioritisation, and alignment
•
Work through real trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope
Stay close to customers and the market
•
Build direct feedback loops with customers in US and UK
•
Regularly validate roadmap decisions with real users
•
Present product direction internally and externally
Your challenge
•
Step into a product organisation without a clear owner of vision, roadmap, and prioritisation — and fix it
•
Bring structure and direction while maintaining delivery momentum
•
Shift the company from acquisition-led growth to ARPA-driven growth
•
Make customer insight a structural input into product decisions, not an ad hoc exercise
•
Grow the product portfolio without overcomplicating the platform or losing focus
