Operations Assistant

Starting date: as soon as possible

24 - 32 hours per week - preferably Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Must be living in the area of Amsterdam, Almere, Haarlem, Zaandam or Purmerend.

Your role

We’re looking for a get your hands dirty Operations Assistant, who is not afraid to operate machines. You will be part of a talented, multicultural Operations & Customer Service team, so you will help in our distribution center with coffee production and packing. One day a week you will help in our production kitchen making products such as Chai and another day you will be folindg and closing boxes. Be aware that there is a bit of lifting involved. No specific experience is required, besides the wish to learn, work hard, and have fun with the team in our distribution center which is just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by public transport.

Responsibilities

Help in our distribution center with coffee production by grinding and packing coffee and in our production kitchen making food & drinks.

Develop best practices and improve the operations processes on daily base.

Be the team player everyone wants to work with and have fun while doing it :)
