Deli Manager at SPAR Racefield
SPAR Racefield is seeking a talented Deli Manager to join our team. As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Deli operations, including production, inventory management, and customer service. Successful candidate will have at least least 2 years deli experience and level 2 food safety training.
The Role
•
Lead a team of Deli Assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
•
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
•
Create and update recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
•
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
•
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
