Job description
As an Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will provide administrative and organisational support to the leadership team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a hands-on role combining executive support, office coordination, and general administration in a dynamic international environment.

Description
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and business trips
- Organise internal meetings and external events
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting documents, and correspondence
- Support the management team with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners
- Manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist with various ad hoc projects and team support activities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
- Excellent command of English (working language of the organisation)
- Good command of French (minimum B2 level)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
