About the Role

Coworker is seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space. This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Experience

  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the space.
  • Support the onboarding process for new members and guests.
  • Handle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customers.

Operations & Booking Management

  • Manage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Track inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting tools.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when required.

Communication & Marketing Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiries.
  • Assist with customer communication across multiple channels.
  • Support the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiatives.
  • Capture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activities.
  • Escalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholders.

Facility Management & Reporting

  • Monitor the overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of the space.
  • Identify and report maintenance or operational issues related to internet, furniture, air conditioning, supplies, or customer experience.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.
  • Prepare regular operational and maintenance reports.

Community Engagement

  • Support the growth and engagement of the Coworker community.
  • Encourage participation in events and ecosystem activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the member experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Interest in startups, coworking spaces, events, or community building is an advantage.
