Senior Group Manager - EIT

Roles and responsibilities:

• Day-day-to work - Manage special IT projects of any function within Enterprise IT
• Planning and Governance of IT transformation projects:
• Tracking, monitoring and generation of Project Status Reports, Budgets, Plans, documentation, risk identification and mitigation plans
• Work in Mergers and Acquisition projects
• Collaborate with all EIT functional teams
• Lead complex EIT projects, collaborate with peer functions and stakeholders
• Internal Stakeholder Management

Desired Skillsets:

• Communication: Good written, spoken and documentation skillsets in English
• Ability to influence peers, stakeholders for critical decisions
• Knowledge of BPM industry and operations

Technical Skills:

• Endpoints - Deep understanding of endpoint configuration and deployment concepts, Microsoft OS deployment, patch management, etc.
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• End User management – WFA
• IT Security
• Endpoint deployment, networks security platforms and technologies
• Identity Access Management, PIM, PAM
• Vulnerability Management, patch management, GPO polices,
• Networks – Decent working knowledge of design, commissioning and operations of MPLS, SDWAN, LAN/ VLAN.
• Telephony – working knowledge of Unified Telephony and Call recording on-prem and cloud platforms like Avaya, Genesys, NICE, Reporting systems.
• Knowledge of managing datacenters

Tools use:

• MS Office – decent working skillset in using MS Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.
