Purpose of the Job
Build and develop relationships with Key eCommerce Strategic Accounts. Influence key stakeholders (Red Bull and eRetailer) to develop Joint Business Plans by aligning customer objectives, needs and KPI's with Red Bull’s business objectives. Drive Profitable and Sustained growth. Develop strategy for shoppers on Key Accounts basis customer/channel insights. Give inputs to Brand/Category Teams on marketing opportunities on eRetailer platforms. Own commercial and operational aspects of the relationship by aligning with SCM and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Driving sales growth through the Key Accounts. Lead Trade Negotiations and follow best practices to drive profitable growth for Red Bull Be Red Bull’s representative with Key Accounts and drive Brand Objectives by influencing all levels and functions of eRetailer's management to become partner of choice for the eRetailers.
Develop shopper insights with Key Account, leverage key accounts capabilities to drive Brand objective. Keen learner to understand evolving models/ processes/best practices by competition/channel partners to provide marketing inputs basis eRetailer insights. Have understanding of Performance Marketing and Monetization on the various platforms. AMS and Amazon Vendor portal understanding.
Strategize and develop a holistic ecosystem of Sellers who will provide best in class services to Consumers. Work with Seller ecosystem to develop logistic solutions to drive down costs, manage inventory levels and customer fill rates. Work with SCM team to forecast customer demand basis marketing/eRetailer inputs.

MBA / Bachelors with relevant experience
A proven track record of 3-5 years professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally with FMCG/beverages background. (eRetailer/Technology Companies)
Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills
- Successful front line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and conceptual selling skills.
- Strong consensus building skills, with cross-functional leadership experience.
