This Health Tech scale-up is on an amazing mission to make mental health support accessible for everyone. They're growing fast across Europe and now looking for a TA Specialist to join the People team and help make that happen.
Your mission & team
You'll join an ambitious People team who genuinely does meaningful work. You work closely with TA & HR manager and hiring managers across the business, including the founder and MT members and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
The team is growing, the hiring bar is high, and the work is genuinely varied, you'll own the full recruitment cycle across two distinct talent pools: HQ roles (think commercial, tech, ops, leadership) and expert roles. Your focus: around 60–70% on HQ roles (commercial, tech, operations, leadership) and 30–40% on expert hiring, which brings a combination of hiring in high-volume and a more complex sourcing.
This isn't a role where you run a process someone else designed. You'll be the most experienced TA person on the team, and that comes with real ownership. You experiment with AI, redesign workflows, test new approaches and take ownership of projects that make their recruitment sharper, faster, and more human.
💼 What you'll do
✨ Run end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, with commercial hiring as your main focus, and
support on expert hiring.
✨ Lead sourcing strategy proactively and creatively, with a strong craft for finding the right people before they come to you: you develop campaigns and channels, not just searches.
✨ Support on experts hiring and contributing to scaling the function.
✨ Partner with hiring managers as a true business partner; align on profiles, advising, challenge assumptions, bring market reality to the table and keeping the process moving.
✨ Contribute to recruitment projects: automations, employer branding, structured workflows, and more.
✨ Go beyond running processes: redesign recruitment end-to-end and take on different projects automations, AI implementation, employer branding, data, and much more!
✨ Deliver a strong candidate experience across all role types, even when priorities are shifting and timelines are tight.
