As an Internal Process Automation Graduate, you won’t just observe—you’ll lead, build, and transform.

You will:

🔹 Lead process automation initiatives across Iberia (Spain & Portugal)
🔹 Design, develop, and optimize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
🔹 Roll out automation solutions across locations, adapting them to local needs
🔹 Identify opportunities to automate and propose smart, scalable solutions
🔹 Collaborate with IT, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impact
🔹 Ensure strong data governance and access management
🔹 Contribute to decisions on technology and infrastructure
🔹 Track and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement

🌍 Your 18-Month Journey

Phase 1 – Learn & Contribute (Spain)
Build your foundation while working on impactful automation projects and getting to know our business.

Phase 2 – Go Global (6 months abroad)
Expand your horizons in an international team (e.g., HQ in Hanover or another EMEA location). Collaborate, learn, and grow globally.

Phase 3 – Shape Your Future
Return ready to step into your long-term role and make an immediate impact.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

You’re curious, proactive, and excited about technology & process improvement. You enjoy working with different teams and turning ideas into real solutions.

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business studies, economics, informatics, or a related field
• Interest in Marketing & Sales, in international collaboration, and a long-term career in our global organization
• Hands-on experience from internships or working student positions that demonstrate your drive and adaptability
• Sharp analytical and structured thinking abilities - you thrive on breaking down complex challenges and creating innovative solutions
• UiPath certification(s), knowledge of Power Automate or other RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of data processing tools and techniques (PowerQuery, KNIME, SQL)
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure (virtual machines, authorizations, applications)
• Understanding concepts and principles of programming language
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Fluency in English and local language (Portuguese). Spanish is a plus
• Proven intercultural experience and mobility- you have worked or studied abroad and are excited about working abroad during the Graduate Program
