Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product andsupplies
• Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplierperformance
• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions,testingfunctionality, comparing to specifications etc.)
• Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures
• Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defectiveproducts perday etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply withsafetystandards
• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any thatdoesn’t meetrequirements
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Min. Senior High School
• Min. experience 1 year
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• To be able to identify and record non-conformance detected
• To be able to assist in performing failed units Failure Analysis, ref: In house units failed testing
• Proven experience as QA – Inspector.Can use smart scope measurement, LCR, DMM, Caliper
• Teamwork
• Communication skills
• Great attention to detail
