Clinical Lead - COSMC

Overview

The Clinical Lead has multiple areas of responsibility within the clinic and will provide daily clinical oversight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining schedules for multiple providers, being a resource to providers, staff, and patients, assisting in ordering supplies for local and remote clinic locations, and overseeing staffing for adequate clinical coverage.

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.

Qualifications

PRE-HIRE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education
• 2 years clinical experience, preferred
