Senior IDMC Developer (C360 / CAI / CDI) ## **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Developer** with deep, hands-on expertise in **Customer 360 (C360)** and **Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) workflows**. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust master data management and real-time integration solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and debugging **Cloud Data Integration (CDI)** pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across our enterprise ecosystem. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Core MDM & C360 Implementation** * Design, configure, and maintain Master Data Management solutions using **Informatica C360 / Business 360**. * Develop and fine-tune data modeling, matching/merging rules, survivorship frameworks, and data curation workflows within C360. * Configure the User Interface (UI) layouts, search configurations, and business entity views for data stewards. ### **API & Workflow Orchestration (CAI)** * Design and build complex, real-time integration processes, APIs, and automated workflows using **Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI)**. * Integrate IDMC with external applications, messaging queues, and REST/SOAP web services. * Implement event-driven architectures and handle exception handling/callbacks within CAI processes. ### **Data Pipelines & Integration (CDI)** * Support batch and micro-batch data integration pipelines using **Cloud Data Integration (CDI)**. * Perform deep-dive **debugging and troubleshooting** of CDI mapping failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues. * Support advanced cdq rule ## **Required Skills & Qualifications** ### **Technical Skills** * **IDMC Expertise:** Minimum of 3-5 years of strong hands-on experience across the Informatica IDMC suite (formerly IICS). * **B360/C360 / MDM:** Deep understanding of Informatica Business 360/C360 architecture, data modeling, match/merge mechanics, APIs and data stewardship portals. * **CAI (Application Integration):** Advanced knowledge of CAI processes, Service Connectors, App Connectors, process orchestration, and API publishing. * **CDI (Data Integration):** Solid developer background in CDI creating advanced mappings, transformations (Expression, Lookup, Router, Joiner, etc.), and Taskflows. * **Debugging:** Exceptional troubleshooting skills with session logs, performance logs, and API payload analysis. * **Database & SQL:** Strong proficiency in querying Databricks tables
