Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Technical Resource to lead the migration of applications from .NET on-premise to .NET Core on the AWS platform. This role requires extensive coordination with multiple client teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful go-live. Post-migration, the candidate will provide essential L1 and L2 production support to resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for the migration project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various client teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the migration process.
• Provide L1 and L2 support for newly migrated applications, addressing any operational issues promptly.
• Document migration processes and support procedures for future reference.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in developing applications using .NET Core.
• 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying applications on the AWS Cloud.
• Experience in providing L1 and L2 support for AWS-based .NET applications.
• Proven experience in migrating on-premise .NET applications to AWS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in production support.
• Familiarity with the Wealth Domain.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of total experience in software development and project management.
