Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to support Low voltage Service production unit in achieving the established objectives, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment available in the production area. You will apply your experience by reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions for the assembly of low voltage circuit breakers.
The work model for the role is On-site in presence, Dalmine – Via Friuli 4,
Working hours: full-day schedule , possible shift work, Monday to Friday Contract type: permanent employment contract Role: Production worker / assembly worker (blue-collar) Starting day : July 1st, 2026
This role is contributing to the achievement of production targets in Local division Electrification Service, Italy .
You will be mainly accountable for
•
Perform all mechanical assembly activities to produce finished or semi-finished devices, systems, or panels, including any packaging activities integrated with production lines or logistics tasks such as collection and handling of materials and finished products, either manually or using tools such as carts.
Carry out tasks manually or using assembly bench tools. Perform regular quality tests as part of the defined production process.
Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
You will be part of a dynamic team, where you can grow and develop your skills.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
•
Experience in production activities; previous experience in similar roles is preferred.
•
Secondary or technical education in the electrical or mechanical field.
•
Passion for innovative solutions
•
Collaborative attitude and good communication skills are required
•
You are passionate about mechanical solution
