đŒ What Youâll Do
Lead and support a team of 4â5 buyers, driving commercial performance.
Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.
Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
Shape strategy and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
