As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while learning from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and HR databases.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and tasks.
• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
