Invoicing and Logistics employee

Ommalite is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Invoicing and Logistics Employee to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, preparing orders and overseeing logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our ophthalmic medical devices. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction and streamlining our supply chain operations.

You will liaise with various departments to coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory levels, and communicate with logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping to ensure efficient delivery of products to clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
• Communicate with logistics providers and handle any shipping inquiries or issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other related documentation.
• Provide support in resolving any discrepancies related to invoicing or deliveries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in invoicing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with logistics management software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
