The Growth Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies aimed at accelerating growth, increasing market share, and enhancing brand equity for London Cab under Abou Ghaly Motors. The role involves understanding customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive innovative brand initiatives that connect with target audiences and support commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns, brand experiences, and communication strategies that fuel brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth-oriented brand strategies that align with business goals and consumer needs.
- Leverage consumer insights and market research to identify opportunities for brand expansion and differentiation.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, experiential, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing activities.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize return on investment and campaign impact.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to drive brand growth initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or growth strategy, preferably within the automotive or transportation sector.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
- Proven track record of driving brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
