Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility and daily activities to maintain independence.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Accurately document care provided and communicate with supervisors as necessary.

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
  • Active California Home Care Aide registration (HCA) required.
  • Recent TB test or chest X-ray documentation.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
