They support the industrial sector through an integrated supply chain + technology + services model and operate a B2B procurement platform for industrial products. The company serves more than 7,000 key account clients and over 8 million SMEs , supported by approximately 30,000 suppliers and a catalog of more than 40 million SKUs .
The company is actively expanding its international and overseas business , providing one-stop MRO procurement solutions across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America .
Role Overview
The Country Sales Director is responsible for key account management, B2B sales strategy, MRO solution development, revenue growth, team leadership, and market analysis .
The role reports to the Country General Manager and directly manages 5–6 Key Account Sales Managers .
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key account (KA) customers .
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer business models, procurement needs, and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular customer communication and site visits to identify changing needs and provide professional recommendations.
MRO Solution Development
- Design and deliver customized MRO product and service solutions aligned with customer operational and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions , including demand analysis, product selection, and after-sales support.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and key account growth plans to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer insights, and industry analysis .
- Drive market expansion and increase market share within the MRO and industrial supplies sector .
Team Leadership & Sales Management
- Lead, train, and coach the key account sales team to improve performance and professional capabilities.
- Establish efficient sales operations and customer service processes to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments .
- Adjust customer strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of key account policies and commercial strategies .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; industrial engineering or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, industrial sales, or MRO-related roles .
- Proven experience managing large enterprise clients or strategic accounts .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international business environment .
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English ; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
