About the role

As a Specialist, People Data and Payroll Administration , you will join our People Services & Solutions Team supporting a diverse range of European countries, including Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the UK, Turkey, Croatia, and Sweden. Within this international HR Services community, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR administration, pre-payroll, and payroll support.

In this role, your primary focus will be on Switzerland and Germany , where you will act as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling HR-related queries and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will also be involved in pre-payroll activities, contract administration, and reporting , contributing to accurate and efficient processes. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to broaden your scope by supporting HR services across other countries, gaining valuable international exposure.

You will report to the Team Leader, People Data and Payroll Administration , and be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values expertise, ownership, and continuous improvement.

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract

In detail you will

Play an active role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects, including HR and payroll transitions, helping to streamline and enhance ways of working

Handle pre-payroll activities with precision, while building expertise in end-to-end payroll processes

Prepare employment contracts and a wide range of HR documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain and update employee data across Workday and other HR/payroll systems, ensuring reliability and consistency

Safeguard data quality by proactively monitoring and maintaining accurate employee records

Act as a trusted HR contact, responding to employee queries and clearly explaining HR policies and procedures

Efficiently manage requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and a seamless employee experience

Take ownership of cases, collaborating with subject matter experts when needed while maintaining accountability

Deliver HR services and transactions accurately and on time, supporting operational excellence

Build strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering a high level of customer service and a positive, solutions-oriented approach

Have the opportunity to learn the specifics of Swiss and German labor law and payroll, and their practical application in day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications and Requirements

Fluency in both German and English

University degree

Previous experience in HR, payroll, or a similar administrative role is welcome

Experience working with stakeholders across HR processes is a strong advantage

Familiarity with HR and payroll systems (such as Workday or ServiceNow)

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Good command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
