Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle with the company – from onboarding to offboarding – ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience. You will collaborate closely with other HR functions and business stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate HR processes. Sounds like a perfect position for you? We are waiting for your CV!

your tasks

  • execute end-to-end HR operational processes, including employee lifecycle administration (hiring, contract changes, terminations)
  • support monthly payroll activities by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data, payroll inputs, and validations
  • review and maintain HR records, employee documentation, and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • perform data analysis, reporting, and quality checks using Excel functions to ensure accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies
  • manage HR transactions within HR systems and ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently met
  • collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve employee and process-related inquiries
  • provide employee support regarding HR administration, payroll-related questions, and company policies

what we expect

  • fluent in English (written and spoken), min B2
  • knowledge of Turkish is an asset
  • HR Operations experience, preferably in a shared services or high-volume environment
  • solid payroll knowledge and hands-on experience supporting payroll processes
  • advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, reporting, and data analysis
  • strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives is considered an advantage
