Junior Employee Lifecycle Experience Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle with the company – from onboarding to offboarding – ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience. your tasks
- execute end-to-end HR operational processes, including employee lifecycle administration (hiring, contract changes, terminations)
- support monthly payroll activities by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data, payroll inputs, and validations
- review and maintain HR records, employee documentation, and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- perform data analysis, reporting, and quality checks using Excel functions to ensure accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies
- manage HR transactions within HR systems and ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently met
- collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve employee and process-related inquiries
- provide employee support regarding HR administration, payroll-related questions, and company policies
what we expect
- fluent in English (written and spoken), min B2
- knowledge of Turkish is an asset
- HR Operations experience, preferably in a shared services or high-volume environment
- solid payroll knowledge and hands-on experience supporting payroll processes
- advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, reporting, and data analysis
- strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives is considered an advantage
