Property Handover Cleaners - Birmingham

We are seeking reliable and experienced Property Handover Cleaners for professional move-out cleaning assignments.

You will help prepare residential properties for tenant handovers by completing detailed and thorough cleans.

Duties include

•

Deep cleaning vacant residential properties

•

Cleaning kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, and internal areas

•

Treating limescale, mould, and stubborn dirt build-up

•

Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors

•

Ensuring properties are ready for final inspections

Requirements

•

Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

•

Able to work independently and manage workload

•

Own transport and cleaning equipment essential

•

Excellent attention to detail

•

Good spoken English

Additional Details

•

Work available Monday to Friday

•

Good amount of weekend work also available

•

Assignments usually last between 4–8 hours

•

£15 per hour
