Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking for a supportive team, a modern office, and a drama-free workplace? Foley Dental Associates is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice.

As a patient-focused practice with a reputation for compassionate care and clinical excellence, we pride ourselves on fostering a professional, team-oriented environment where every team member is valued. Our state-of-the-art office is equipped with the latest technology, including iTero, Nomad, and Eaglesoft, allowing you to provide exceptional care while working efficiently.

What You'll Love About Working With Us:

  • 45-minute recall appointments
  • 1.5-hour SRP appointments (2 quadrants)
  • New patients are seen by the doctor first
  • Monday–Thursday schedule (7:45 AM–5:00 PM)
  • One-hour lunch break daily
  • Competitive pay: $25/hour or 31.5% Commission (whichever is higher)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services
  • Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
  • Take digital radiographs
  • Provide prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP) treatments
  • Administer fluoride treatments
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications:

  • Active Alabama Dental Hygiene License (awaiting license welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in:
    • Periodontal charting
    • Digital x-rays
    • Prophylaxis and SRP procedures
    • Fluoride treatments
    • Patient education
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
