Job description
Account Manager
Will be responsible to manage and grow relationships within the assigned account scope. You will work closely with internal teams to align client objectives with company goals, idendify opportunities for account expansion, and maximize revenue generation. Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic plans for the assigned porƞolio that align with business objectives, drive revenue growth, and optimize costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively addressing their concerns and requirements; Work closely with delivery and other internal stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met. Identify, map, and prospect new stakeholders and leverage sales-driven processes to build a robust sales pipeline and win deals to meet order booking and revenue targets. Collaborate with sales, Alliance, Marketing and Response (Presales) teams to identify and grow opportunities within the account Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and updates internally and to clients; gather feedback, prepare, and implement improvement plans. Accountable for identifying and closing BAU deals within the account e.g. extensions, scope changes, other change requests and so on.
