Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, the resource will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders (SF, Billing, Fulfilment) and our technical teams. Your primary focus will be optimizing and managing our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, our billing platforms, and our downstream fulfillment systems.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who understands how complex digital systems translate into real-world product delivery and revenue recognition, not just a requirements gatherer.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Operations, Sales, and Fulfilment to understand their objectives, pain points, and operational workflows.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and detailed functional specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team, ensuring clarity on acceptance criteria and project scope.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for billing and fulfillment-related enhancements.

System Configuration & Implementation

• Design and architect scalable solutions within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ) to support complex order routing and fulfillment logic.
• Work seamlessly with interconnected billing systems (e.g., Salesforce Billing, or ERP financials) to ensure accurate invoice generation, tax calculations, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with developers to orchestrate integrations (via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware) connecting Salesforce to third-party logistics (3PL) platforms, entitlement systems, and ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Configure declarative tools (Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Custom Objects) to automate manual tasks within the order and billing lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Experience 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment.
