Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in software development and testing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the banking domain, particularly in commercial lending. Experience with Loan IQ and OLBB is a plus. This role requires leadership capabilities to guide teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, focusing on accessibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development and banking.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in software testing with a strong focus on quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive experience in the banking domain, particularly in commercial lending.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Loan IQ and OLBB.
• Experience in accessibility testing.
• Knowledge of easy point of sale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and project management.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
