Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage and support HR operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in HR processes, be familiar with systems such as GOSI , and be comfortable handling tracking sheets and employee data. A strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records
- Manage HR systems and ensure accurate data entry (including GOSI )
- Oversee recruitment activities (screening, coordination, follow-ups)
- Maintain and update HR tracking sheets and reports
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and basic analytics
- Act as a main point of contact for employee-related queries
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with GOSI or similar HR/payroll systems
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (tracking & reporting)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Arabic & English
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
