Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage and support HR operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in HR processes, be familiar with systems such as GOSI , and be comfortable handling tracking sheets and employee data. A strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records
  • Manage HR systems and ensure accurate data entry (including GOSI )
  • Oversee recruitment activities (screening, coordination, follow-ups)
  • Maintain and update HR tracking sheets and reports
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and basic analytics
  • Act as a main point of contact for employee-related queries

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with GOSI or similar HR/payroll systems
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (tracking & reporting)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset
