🚀 NOW HIRING: Per Diem Pediatrics Med/Surg RNs – St. Louis, MO

Pro Med Healthcare is currently seeking passionate, high-quality Registered Nurses (RN) with dedicated pediatric experience for premium Per Diem shifts in St. Louis, MO . If you want the flexibility to choose your own shifts while earning top-tier hourly pay, we want you on our team!

We have immediate openings for both day and night 12-hour shifts within a rewarding Pediatric Medical/Surgical environment.

📋 Position Overview

  • Job Type: Per Diem / PRN
  • Location: St. Louis, MO
  • Specialty: Pediatrics Med/Surg
  • Shifts Available:
  • ☀️ Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (12 hours)
  • 🌙 Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (12 hours)
  • Pay Rate: $45.00 – $47.00 / hour (Based on experience and shift)

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized, age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients acute illnesses or recovering from surgical procedures.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage pediatric-specific medication administration and IV therapies.
  • Deliver compassionate, family-centered care, ensuring parents and guardians are well-informed and supported throughout the plan of care.
  • Monitor patient conditions closely, rapidly identifying and responding to subtle changes in pediatric status.
  • Collaborate effectively with pediatricians, specialists, and the facility's interdisciplinary team.

🎯 Job Requirements

  • ✔️ Active, unrestricted Missouri (MO) RN License or valid Compact/Multistate License .
  • ✔️ Must have recent, dedicated Pediatric nursing experience (Pediatric Med/Surg, PICU, or general pediatric floors).
  • ✔️ Active BLS and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
  • ✔️ Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient-first approach to caring for children and their families.
