Job description
OUR CLIENT - LT Metal Partners – Wholesale Trade of Specialized Metal Products in the EU and Metal Processing. Business Area: Heavy industry. Clients include manufacturers of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic systems, hydraulic lifting machinery, and related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Development of existing clients: visiting clients, maintaining communication, identifying needs, responding to inquiries, preparing offers, and conducting negotiations;
- Acquisition of new clients: customer visits, participation in trade fairs, identifying customer needs, and building long-term business relationships;
- Coordination of order fulfillment processes;
- Motivation to work in B2B export sales;
- Proficiency in English and German;
- Ability to work full-time and travel for business trips (preferred frequency: 2–3 days per month);
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, professional creativity, persistence, and result-oriented mindset;
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;

- Motivating base salary and quarterly bonuses based on performance (compensation depends greatly on the candidate’s individual abilities). Starting salary may range from EUR 1,200–1,500 net per month + quarterly performance bonuses;
