  • Career Development – Opportunities to expand your expertise in supply chain and program leadership

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the supply chain owner across the full program lifecycle (RFQ → sourcing → launch → production)

  • Establish sourcing decision reviews and track execution through successful program launch

  • Align sourcing strategies with program milestones, timelines, and business objectives

  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and escalate risks across cross-functional teams

  • Own BOM cost management for new product launches and program transfers within SCS

  • Support supplier benchmarking initiatives, including collaboration with global Johnson Electric sites

  • Lead and support cross-functional program reviews (SCS, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Logistics)

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Services within cross-functional teams (CFTs)

  • Manage material readiness, tooling (if applicable), purchase orders, supplier confirmations, ERP accuracy, and ramp-up planning

  • Track procurement-related open issues, supplier performance, and readiness status to support launch timelines

  • Ensure Start of Production (SOP) readiness by identifying and removing bottlenecks

  • Partner with Supplier Quality Engineering to support supplier approvals

  • Collaborate with Finance to support supplier payments, invoices, and pre-launch financial requirements

  • Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on project and launch status

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, with exposure to project/program management

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Familiarity with APQP and program launch processes

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools is an asset

  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards preferred

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams

  • Understanding of direct and indirect materials supporting project execution
