Job description
- Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls, solving vendor issues.
- Must have problem-solving skills and follow timelines when assigned for tasks.
- Managing live chat, maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minute.
- Able to follow the order processing system from the back end.
- Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.
- You have successfully completed HSC/A levels
- Good typing skills.
- Strong in communications skills.
