  • Process certification files in line with Business Rules and procedures
  • Issue Certificates of Conformity (CoC) within defined timelines
  • Accurately enter and manage data relevant systems
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Handle client and affiliate queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate daily operational activities and maintain records
  • Support invoicing and follow-up on payments
  • Maintain high levels of quality and productivity
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Commerce, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, documentation, certification, customer
  • Fluency in English language
