AI Senior Security Architect (M/F/D)

The Group CISO Architecture team provides a group-wide architecture framework for cybersecurity which includes technical and organizational requirements as well as guidelines for cybersecurity for IT and OT. They are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior AI Security Architect (m/f/d) to lead and advance our AI security strategy at the heart of DHL Group. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can prepare and negotiate decisions for the highest technical committees, ensuring that our security framework aligns with the dynamic needs of our organization and the ever-evolving threat landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert (SME) on AI Security – provide guidance and steer for senior Stakeholders, non-technical as well as technical experts.
• Define and develop AI-security specific technical standards, collect and identify security requirements and establish configuration baselines for our AI use cases and technology.
• Perform AI-security threat modeling and risk assessments for core AI use cases and technology solutions.
• Develop enterprise-level AI security architecture including requirement collection, technology selection, target state, gap analysis, roadmap steering and planning.
• Develop and implement the global cyber security roadmap for AI Security, considering the business and IT strategy, current and target states and key risks as well as important gaps.
• Collaborate with 3rd party providers and internal IT Services on security enhancements, compliance, ensure alignment and endorsement from business and technical stakeholders.
• Be a communication master – ensure continuous stakeholder management with business and IT, identify gaps, propose holistic solutions and achieve group-wide endorsement.

Your profile

• A university degree in computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity.
• Many years of experience in the design and development of security architecture (technical design diagrams) and security controls’ design.
• Proven experience defining AI security standards and/or baselines security configurations based on known industry and vendor best practices (MITRE, CSA, OWASP, NIST, etc.).
• Proven experience performing AI security threat modeling (e.g. CSA MAESTRO, TARA, etc.) as well as deep technical knowledge of AI threats (e.g. MITRE ATLAS, OWASP TOP 10 LLM, etc.).
• Proven experience evaluating and utilizing AI security tools; deep understanding of the AI security solutions’ strengths, weaknesses, design limitations, pros and cons e.g. AI security products from vendors such as Zenity, Knostic.ai, Checkmarx, Noma Security, HiddenLayer, Prompt Security (SentinalOne), Aim Security / Cato Networks, Pillar security, Lasso, Lakera (Checkpoint), Mindgard AI, Cisco AI, ActiveFence.
• Many years of experience in IT security across multiple domains (IAM, Network, Cloud, …)
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Excellent English language skills.
• Advantage – Offensive security certifications (OSCP+, OSEE, GXPN) or equivalent proven experience
• Advantage – AI Red Team certifications (AIRTP+, CAIRTP, CAIPT-RT,C-AI/MLPen) or equivalent proven experience
