The Honor Bar in Del Mar, a new restaurant from the Hillstone Restaurant Group, is currently seeking candidates to join our opening culinary team. 

Sushi positions are available.

• The Honor Bar in Del Mar will open in mid-July 2026. We will offer pre-opening training and may have pre-opening work opportunities
• Health benefits are available.
• Full and part-time opportunities available.

Sushi Chefs: These positions involve precision, knife skills and high volume rolling with a focus on working with quality product. Competitive compensation based on experience, ranging from $27-$32/hour.
