Overview
The AIR (Autonomous Inspection Robotics) program deploys robots to automate depot inspections, improving defect detection, traceability, and efficiency. The program is funded and live, with trials in Bangkok and Singapore, and success depends on real operational adoption.
Job Description
As Project Manager, you will drive execution, structure, and alignment across the program.
Key responsibilities
- Finance Run a simple, reliable budget dashboard. Track costs and forecasts, manage overruns, and flag issues to leadership early.
- Governance Set up meetings, execute RACI, and decision/action tracking.
- Communication Tailor updates for field teams, finance, suppliers, and executives. Drive engagement & reporting.
- Planning Maintain the integrated plan — milestones, owners, critical path — and manage delays across workstreams.
- Risk & dependencies Anticipate and mitigate risks; manage dependencies across suppliers, engineering, IT, and operations.
- Suppliers Track deliverables and contracts; keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a PMO or Project/Program Manager on complex industrial, digital, or transformation programs.
- Strong finance/budget control — and the confidence to challenge the numbers.
- Disciplined on governance, planning, and risk; clear, adaptable communicator from shop floor to executive level.
- Comfortable with technical topics (robotics, data/IT) without owning the engineering.
- Hands-on with Excel, Notion, PowerPoint and modern collaboration/AI tools.
- Thrives in ambiguity and turns unclear scope into clear workstreams.
