Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: ● Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of Santan cafes and restaurants. ● Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food while maintaining quality standards. ● Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and minimise wastage. ● Support Grab & Go activation at terminals, including push cart operations.
Revenue and Profitability: ● Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. ● Implement cost-control measures to reduce operational wastage and optimize resource utilization. ● Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership and Optimisation: ● Manage rosters and optimise staff allocation to ensure eff icient manpower utilization for FOH operations. ● Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale. ● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to crew members. ● Coordinate with finance and people departments on operational expenses (petty cash) and overtime claims. ● Manage staff for Grab & Go push carts, including scheduling, running shifts when needed, supporting recruitment, and ensuring team adherence to operational standards.
Compliance and Standards: ● Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene standards. ● Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. ● Address and resolve any operational or compliance issues promptly. Customer Satisfaction: ● Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. ● Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and eff ectively. ● Oversee food quality and customer service standards for Grab & Go operations.
Skills Required: ● Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership skills. ● Financial acumen for budget development and monitoring. ● Solid analysis, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating abilities. ● Time and project management skills, with flexibility for travel. ● Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop an operations team in the food and beverage sector. Requirements: ● Degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, or related field. ● At least 5 years of operational experience within the food and beverage industry. ● Meticulous and well-organized, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other accounting tools. ● Proven track record of collaborating eff ectively with teams and successfully managing projects.
Additional Responsibilities (Grab & Go): ● Manage staff , scheduling, and shift operations for push carts at terminals. ● Support recruitment and onboarding of Grab & Go team members (“troopers”). ● Ensure stock ordering aligns with sales targets while maintaining food quality. ● Drive sales and operational eff iciency for Grab & Go activation initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in F&B management is a star point. We value leaders who have a track record of managing teams and hitting financial targets.

Hospitality Background: Fresh graduates with a strong hospitality background and exceptional leadership potential are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of P&L management, labor laws, and inventory software.

Mindset: Must possess a "willing to learn" attitude and a beginner mindset—always looking to improve despite your experience level. Must be exceptionally resilient under pressure.

Health Prerequisites: Must have completed the Typhoid Jab prior to your start date.
•
Food Handler Training (FHT): Must possess FHT certification or be willing to complete it within the first month.

Availability: Must be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
