We are looking for a Sales leader for the LENT (Large Enterprise Business) team within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business. This role is also part of the Singapore management team and is responsible for building and leading a team of senior Account Directors, while developing and executing on the growth strategy across Asia’s largest accounts. We are looking for a unique and inspirational team leader with a demonstrated ability to make outsized positive impact on their team.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead a world-class, high performing team of Large Enterprise Account Directors. 
  • Plan and drive hyper growth strategy for the largest accounts in Asia and manage execution of key growth-driving initiatives.  
  • Lead the team to achieve “all-in” penetration with our largest clients and support the team via Executive Engagements, deal reviews and coaching.  
  • Provide thought leadership and be a recognized industry expert externally.  
  • As part of the Singapore management team, to contribute to the broader Singapore and Asia Talent Solutions strategy and team-building.  
  • Support career development through enhancing capabilities within the team.  
  • Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others.  
  • Be able to demonstrate collaboration across sales, support, operations & marketing teams. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 12+ years of experience in sales and/or client-facing roles within Technology, SaaS, Consulting, or Human Capital industries 
  • 6+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with ownership of business outcomes (e.g., revenue, growth, or retention) 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Inclusive leader who is culturally aware and sensitive. 
  • Experience selling into large and complex clients in Asia.  
  • Strong understanding and interest in Asia economic development and policies.  
  • Ability and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team.  
  • Experience in building a high performing and cohesive team.  
  • Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C-level.  
  • Strong strategic business acumen.  
  • Proven superior leadership skills, entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.  
  • Capability in forming enduring teamwork across an organization and geographies supported by strong networking skills and ability to build alliances.  
  • Respected & well connected in the HR community in Asia.  
  • Integrity-driven, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.  
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to represent LinkedIn at Industry events.
